About the Roles

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join a Precision Engineering / Manufacturing team based at Penjuru Close. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm), offering a basic salary of up to $4,300 with variable bonus. The role provides an opportunity to manage engineering projects, coordinate teams, and work closely with clients to deliver successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the Sales team and clients to gather and understand project requirements.
• Develop, update, and manage project schedules to support timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors to ensure projects meet timeline and quality expectations.
• Oversee site activities and monitor work progress to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to address and resolve site-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Track project progress and implement solutions to manage delays, risks, and operational challenges.
• Prepare project updates, progress reports, and relevant documentation for management review.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD and 3D design software.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
