We're hiring a Clinic Assistant to be the warm first face and steady operational backbone of our neighbourhood practice in Tampines. This is a front-line role for someone who takes real pride in making patients feel looked-after, and in keeping a busy clinic running smoothly and calmly.

About the clinic

• A practice with roots. We serve a loyal, multi-generational local community: roughly 70% acute care, 30% chronic disease management. You'll see the same familiar faces and get to know them.
• Tech-first, friction-free. We will deploy smart technology to support your work. That means less repetitive admin for you, and more time spent actually helping patients and dispensing medication, not fighting paperwork.
• Small team, big support. You will receive the training to do your job well and have the opportunity to advance to clinic manager when the practice expands.

What you'll do (with the support of in-house technology)

• Greet and register patients; manage queue flow so waits feel short and fair.
• Handle appointments, calls, and messages with warmth and clarity.
• Support the doctor: prepare consult rooms, assist with basic procedures, manage the treatment room.
• Dispense and label medications accurately under the doctor's direction.
• Handle billing, payments, claims (CHAS, MediSave, Healthier SG, insurance) and daily reconciliation.
• Keep stock, vaccines, and supplies ordered and in-date.
• Keep the clinic clean, safe, and compliant.

• Prior clinic / GP / healthcare front-desk experience is a plus, not a must.
• Conversational English + Mandarin (and/or dialect) preferred, given our community.
