Position: SAP PP/PM Functional – Senior Analyst

Client: Accenture

Location: Selangor, Malaysia & Client Office

Work Arrangement: As per client requirements

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Contract Duration: 1 year, with potential extension, renewal and conversion to a permanent position

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years; preferred range of 3–5 years

Nationality: Malaysian nationals only

Target Onboarding: November 2026

Core Skills: SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA

Preferred Experience: Full-cycle SAP PP/PM implementation, global support and Application Management Services (AMS)

Certification: ITIL Certification is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for SAP PP (Production Planning) and PM (Plant Maintenance) processes in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, addressing functional issues and providing system guidance related to PP-PM processes.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between PP-PM and other SAP modules.
• Support interfaces between SAP and external systems to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and continuous process improvements.
• Demonstrate a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach in supporting business and project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience working with SAP PP-PM in a support and/or implementation capacity.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP PP-PM implementation project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a global support or AMS environment is preferred.
