SERVICE & COLLECTIO

Job Scope:

· Contact customers to arrange appointments, collect monthly payments, remind them of overdue payments and suggesting methods of payments.

· Perform customer visits for servicing, payment collection and follow-up on outstanding accounts.

· Arrange appointments and conduct customer visits for payment collection, servicing and maintenance of water filter machines.

· Perform scheduled water filter servicing, inspect machine conditions, identify faults and carry out basic repairs or filter replacements.

· Record all payment collections, issue company receipts and ensure collected payments are handed over according to company procedures.

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to water filter servicing, maintenance and payment matters.

· Contact customers to confirm service appointments and follow up on services.

· Plan customer visits efficiently, update visit records and provide proof of completed servicing or collection activities.

· Prepare and submit collection, maintenance and customer service reports within the required timeframe.

· Achieve monthly collection targets, complete assigned servicing schedules, follow up on outstanding accounts and maintain customer satisfaction according to company KPIs.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

· Honest, responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.

· Able to handle payment collections and maintain accurate records.

· Responsible for protecting company and customer interests.

· Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.

Skills

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Basic technical skills or willingness to learn water filter servicing and maintenance.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
