Job Description

Requirements

  • Required Language: BAHASA MALAYSIA/ENGLISH/MANDARIN

  • Minimum Education: Minimum SPM

  • Working hours: 9am-6pm

  • Responsible and reliable team members

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Inventory systems)

  • Overtime required

  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Sitegiant,Shopee,TikTok,Lazada)

Responsibilities

  • Receive,inspect and record incoming/outgoing goods.

  • Pick and Pack customer orders,verifying item codes and quantities to minimze errors.

  • Print labels,documentation,records related to stock movement

  • Reply to customer messages and raise dispute for returned orders
