Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, prepare quotations and convert them into sales orders.

• Check stock availability, monitor incoming goods and sales demand, and coordinate replenishment to maintain sufficient inventory.

• Verify customer payments and coordinate order release, packing, collection and delivery arrangements.

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments to coordinate import/export shipments and resolve order discrepancies.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists and Commercial Invoices.

• Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation for international shipments and ensure documents meet bank requirements.

• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules and provide timely updates to customers.

• Maintain accurate order and inventory records while meeting order acknowledgement and delivery timelines.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, import/export documentation or a related role.

• Practical experience handling Letters of Credit (LCs) and familiarity with UCP 600 and bank-required shipping documentation.

• Experience in inventory or stock management, including stock availability, incoming goods, sales demand and replenishment planning.

• Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipment coordination and import/export documents such as Bills of Lading, Packing Lists and Commercial Invoices.

• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders accurately.
