Mandatory Onboarding Training

We provide fully comprehensive training to set you up for success! 100% attendance is required for all training sessions prior to commencement:

Training schedule (Class time: *************):

• Week 1: 7,8,10* Dec (Mon, Tue and Thu*)
• Week 2: 14-16 Dec (Mon - Wed)
• Week 3: 21-23 Dec (Mon - Wed)
• Week 4: 28 Dec (Mon)

• Training on 10 Dec will be from 0900 - 1830

Key Responsibilities

• Working dynamic shift hours at the airport, you will deliver exceptional customer care across check-in counters, flight information desks, transit halls, and boarding gates.
• Facilitate seamless departure and arrival operations to maintain safety, security, and punctuality on behalf of our partner airlines.
• Assist passengers with baggage inquiries, lost & found services, and claims.
• Handle airline ticketing, reservations, schedule changes, and general passenger inquiries.
• Ensure smooth, punctual, and safe departure and arrival processes for our partner airlines.

• Able to commit to a fixed 3-day work week at Hong Kong International Airport.
• HKDSE / HKCEE graduate or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• A people person who thrives on new challenges and dynamic environments.
• Willingness to work shift duties at Hong Kong International Airport.
