Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the e-merchandising strategy across South Asia, with a key focus on Singapore and Thailand, ensuring product assortment, site content, launches and digital visual merchandising are commercially relevant and aligned with brand guidelines
- Partner with Merchandising, Retail and Supply Chain teams to optimise product assortment, inventory allocation and omnichannel fulfilment, including longtail fulfilment and ship-from-store capabilities
- Drive client recruitment, engagement and retention through targeted CRM initiatives, personalized client treatments and market-specific activation plans
- Support digital launches, animations and market expansion, ensuring seamless execution and a consistent client experience across online and offline touchpoints
- Monitor and analyse eCommerce performance, translating data and insights into actionable commercial and merchandising recommendations
- Leverage customer insights, A/B testing and performance data to continuously improve product discovery, site navigation, category performance and the overall online shopping experience
- Adapt global merchandising and CRM strategies to local consumer preferences and market needs across South Asia while maintaining brand consistency across all channels
