Job Responsibilities

• Manage and process supplier onboarding requests through SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance Management (SLP), ensuring the accuracy and completeness of supplier information, supporting documents, certifications, compliance requirements, and business approvals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Category Supplier Managers (CSMs), Procurement teams, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate supplier registration, qualification, onboarding, and approval processes.
• Support supplier enablement activities by assisting approved suppliers in establishing electronic transactions through SAP Business Network/Ariba Network, including Purchase Orders (POs), Order Confirmations, and invoice processing.
• Handle vendor creation and master data maintenance requests, including new vendor registration, supplier extensions, banking details, address changes, email updates, and other vendor information amendments.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve supplier onboarding, registration, enablement, and vendor maintenance issues, escalating complex cases to the relevant support teams when necessary.
• Manage supplier communications, follow-ups, and request status updates to ensure timely completion of onboarding and enablement activities.
• Maintain operational reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and tracking records to monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across APAC, North America, and other regions to ensure consistent and efficient execution of supplier management processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and stakeholder experience.
• Ensure all supplier lifecycle activities comply with procurement policies, internal governance controls, audit requirements, and supplier management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Enablement, Vendor Management, Procurement Operations, or a similar function.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and global stakeholders.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a multinational or global working environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different regions, cultures, and business functions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines and service-level commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Supplier Lifecycle & Performance Management (SLP) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SAP ERP, or other vendor master data management systems.
• Understanding of supplier registration, qualification, compliance validation, onboarding, and enablement processes.
• Previous experience handling vendor creation, vendor master data maintenance, or supplier information management.
• Basic knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, operational efficiencies, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools for monitoring operational performance and supporting process improvements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
