Job Description
- Manage day-to-day human resources activities to support business operations and employee needs.
- Provide HR guidance to managers on people-related matters and workplace processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align HR activities with operational requirements.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance discussions and employee movements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support consistent people administration.
- Review HR practices and identify practical improvements to strengthen service delivery.
- Handle employee relations matters with care, consistency and appropriate follow-up.
- Prepare HR updates and information to help managers make informed people decisions.
A Successful Senior HRBP Director Should Have
- Practical capability in managing core human resources/finance activities.
- Strong HRBP experience
- Experience providing HR guidance to managers and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
- Ability to manage employee relations matters in a clear and consistent manner.
- Capability to maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Confidence in reviewing HR processes and identifying workable improvement
- Permanent employment contract.
- Salary of MYR 300000 to MYR 450000
