Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Assistant at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating campaigns, assisting with market research, and helping create content and materials that align with the company’s brand and objectives. The role involves monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, maintaining marketing databases, and supporting sales and customer-facing teams with up-to-date resources. The Marketing Assistant will also interact with prospective and existing users to gather feedback, support basic customer inquiries related to marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

• Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and present insights about target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Customer Service skills to support users and partners, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain positive relationships.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, campaign support, and alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing) and analytics tools is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Comfort working with technology platforms and AI-driven products; prior experience in tech, fintech, or edtech is an advantage.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
