Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts, and documentation
• Process customer orders and coordinate delivery timelines
• Maintain and update CRM/customer databases
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking
• Calls to leads generated/ handle customer inquiries and follow up on requests
• Assist in tender submissions and sales presentations
• Update on pricing, and product availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
• Organise and support internal and external events, webinars, roadshows, including attendees’ tracking, lead database consolidation, and post-event follow-up
• To prepare quotations and send them to respective teams for follow up
• To handle the first-level replies for the mailbox and forward any potential leads.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, and/or administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP) is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
