I'm hiring | Corporate & Finance Senior Associate (Blockchain & Digital Assets)

My team is growing, and we're looking for talented Singapore-qualified Senior Associates (3–5 PQE) to join us.

We're advising clients across Singapore and the wider region on the novel issues thrown up by the fast-moving, ever-evolving blockchain industry. It's genuinely cutting-edge work, and we want people who are excited to be at the forefront of it. For those at the more senior end of the range, this is also a real opportunity to help shape and grow the practice with us.

What you'll do

You'll be part of a dynamic team working on a broad range of matters, including fundraising, M&A, project structuring, and regulatory requirements under the Securities and Futures Act, the Payment Services Act, and the Financial Services and Markets Act.

What we're looking for

• A good grounding in general corporate law or financial services law
• Experience with transactional and regulatory matters (whether in practice or in-house)
• A strong interest in cutting-edge technology
• Initiative, drive, and commercial acumen
• Prior experience at, or interaction with, a Web 3 company or the Monetary Authority of Singapore is an advantage, but not essential
