JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Process monthly payroll,including staff claims reimbursements.
• Coordinate annualexternal audits and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and internal control procedures.
• Flexi-hours / Work from home arrangement can be considered

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accountancyor related discipline.
• Experience managing fullset accounts, payroll and GST reporting.
• Experience supporting external audits and statutory submissions.
• Prior experience in the childcare industry will be preferred.
• Proficient in MicrosoftExcel and accounting software such as QuickBooks preferred.
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
