The Role
Keep daily floor operations running smoothly
Welcome guests and deliver warm, attentive service
Manage bookings, walk-ins and table flow
Recommend food, coffee and beverages to guests
Work closely with the kitchen and barista team
Support and guide the team during busy service
Maintain service, cleanliness and safety standards
We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Enjoys working with people and providing good service
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Good team player with a hands-on attitude
F&B experience is a plus. Experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.
