About the Role

LS Medical Group is seeking a talented Beauty Consultant - Aesthetic Clinic to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth within our aesthetic clinic operations. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with clients whilst promoting our premium aesthetic services and products. Your expertise and consultative approach will directly contribute to client satisfaction, retention and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
• Conduct thorough skin and aesthetic consultations to understand client needs, concerns and desired outcomes
• Provide expert recommendations for aesthetic treatments, procedures and skincare products tailored to individual client profiles
• Present treatment packages and pricing options in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing client questions and objections
• Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently using clinic management systems
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions to maximise results and ensure client safety
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for aesthetic treatments and retail product sales
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and personalised follow-up communication
• Collaborate with aesthetic practitioners and clinic staff to ensure seamless client experiences
• Maintain detailed client records and provide feedback to support service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a sales, beauty, aesthetic or healthcare consultative role, ideally within a clinic or wellness environment
• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skincare products and beauty industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets whilst maintaining high ethical standards
• Outstanding customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic clinic environment
• Professional appearance and personal grooming standards that reflect the clinic's brand values
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is advantageous)
• Certification or qualifications in beauty, aesthetics or related fields are highly valued

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
