Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell confinement packages, postnatal therapies, and related services to expecting mothers and families
• Provide personalized consultation to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable services
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Educate clients on the benefits of professional postpartum care and wellness solutions
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Attend company events, roadshows, and networking sessions to generate leads
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback

About you

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, maternity, or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Passionate about maternal and infant care
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
