Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch management, and virus scanning to ensure system security and stability.

Assist with the setup and configuration of new computer systems and user accounts.

Respond to IT support tickets and requests in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining clear communication with users throughout the resolution process.

Document IT issues, solutions, and procedures to build a knowledge base for future reference and training.

Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies, and assist with procurement as needed.

Collaborate with senior IT staff on more complex technical issues and projects.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
