Requirements
About you
Certified competent Occupational, Safety & Health Officer
At least 3 years working experience
Willing to travel and work overtime
Possess valid driving licence
Good communication skills, independent and good attitude.
Responsibilities
About the role
To coordinate all the Safety and Health activities in workplace, identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
Key responsibilities
Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments (HIRARC)
Ensure regulatory compliance
Train employees on safety procedures
Investigate incidents to implement corrective actions
Conduct toolbox meetings, inspections and audits
Verify Permit to Work (PTW)
Maintain safety records and documentation and report on safety performance
Act as a liaison between employees and management on safety issues
