Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Secondary, IGCSE, and IB Diploma curricula that build knowledge, skills, and critical thinking aligned with school guidelines
• Design and prepare differentiated learning plans and assessments that address individual student needs and promote inquiry-based learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement tailored learning engagements and assessment opportunities that enhance student understanding and progress
• Assess and monitor student performance regularly, set measurable goals for improvement, and communicate progress through detailed reports and parent meetings
• Lead or actively participate in extracurricular activities, school events, assemblies, staff training sessions, and meetings to enrich the school community
• Promote and uphold the health, safety, and wellbeing of all students in accordance with school policies
• Foster the attributes and attitudes of the IB Learner Profile and embody the school’s core values in all teaching and interactions

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant full-time teaching experience as a qualified teacher
• Bachelor’s degree and a professional teaching qualification such as PGDE, PGCE, PGCEi, NIE Diploma, Valid Teacher Licence, or QTS
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• ICT literacy to support teaching and learning activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience teaching Secondary, IGCSE, and IB curricula
• Experience working in an international school environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver student-centred, inquiry-based learning approaches
• Candidates with additional years of experience may be considered for higher positions
• Availability to start immediately is preferred
• As we are expanding rapidly we are looking for some highly motivated and passionate teachers
