Job Description & Requirements

• Applications for or renewals of work permits.
• Used payroll system to process payroll
• Help with hiring and interview scheduling.
• Creating HR documentation for like pay reviews, resignations, and contract renewals.
• Assist with updating HR policies, communicating with staff, and writing extremely accurate internal and external letters and memos.
• Assist in planning team-building exercises or events.
• Support the HR manager in any HR-related issues of any kind.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Capable of communicating in Mandarin and English simultaneously. (To communicate with Mandarin-speaking workers.)
• Human resource diploma or equivalent training
