Responsibilities
SUCCESS BASE Engineering Ltd . is a one of the pioneer fitting-out contractors and furniture manufactures in HK, PRC and Macau. Our job reference mainly focused in interior design, fit-out construction and renovation projects both in residential and commercial applications. Our clients included major local and international brand retail chain stores, Hotel and high-value commercial & residential project developers in HK, PRC and Macau.
To cope with our expansion, we are looking for experienced and high caliber candidates to take on the following position:
Responsibilities
Coordinate and produce a full set of shop drawings, detailed drawings, and material selections for fitting-out, renovation, and residential projects.
Communicate and liaise with designers, external furniture vendors, site supervisors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth production and compliance with design specifications and company standards.
Assist and support the project team in meeting tight schedules across multiple projects.
Review and coordinate fitting-out details to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Manage the full scope of budget, design, production & site work from concept development to construction oversight.
Assist in ad hoc assignments when required.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in fitting-out, building, construction, or residential interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Sketchup, 3D Max, or Revit is an advantage.
Native proficiency in Cantonese, and good command of Mandarin and English.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a good team player.
Willingness to work on-site, Immediate availability preferred.
