Experience in implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.

Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Strong understanding of cost control measures and experience in managing production within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaunt effectively with team members, management, and other departments.

Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for clear communication with the diverse workforce.

Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets for volume, quality, and timeliness are met, managing a team of production staff.

Monitor production costs, identifying areas for efficiency improvements and implementing strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
