We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with extensive experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise financial applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing business solutions that support banking, insurance, and financial services operations, with a strong focus on scalability, security, integration, and regulatory requirements.

This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-level Microsoft technology solutions within a financial services environment. You will contribute to the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, integrate business applications across the technology landscape, and help establish secure and efficient platforms that support critical business processes.

Build, integrate, optimise - here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions based on business and technical requirements.

• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or third-party financial systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies.

• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 components, including forms, workflows, business process flows, business rules, and related functionality.

• Develop custom Dynamics 365 plugins and extensions using C# and .NET.

• Create business applications and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate.

• Establish appropriate security models, access controls, and Dataverse permissions to protect sensitive business and financial information.

• Support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server.

• Plan and execute data migration and transformation activities using tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, and XRMToolBox.

• Participate in DevOps activities, including source control, automated deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and release management through Azure DevOps.

• Investigate technical issues, troubleshoot system performance, and implement improvements to maintain stable and responsive applications.

• Provide technical direction on Dynamics 365 architecture, development standards, security, and governance.

• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver solutions aligned with organisational objectives.

• Support knowledge sharing and provide mentoring to less experienced developers.
  
  

A highly experienced Dynamics 365 professional who can combine strong technical capabilities with an understanding of enterprise and financial services environments:

• 6+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP platforms, ideally within banking, insurance, or financial services.

• Strong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, and solution development.

• Extensive experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins and custom components using C# and .NET.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML, and other relevant scripting technologies.

• Hands-on experience across Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate.

• Good understanding of Dataverse, Dynamics 365 security models, and enterprise application architecture.

• Experience designing and implementing REST API integrations with financial and enterprise applications.

• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.

• Practical experience with data migration and integration using SSIS, KingswaySoft, and XRMToolBox.

• Experience developing reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server.

• Ability to take technical ownership, lead development activities, and guide junior team members.

• Strong understanding of application security, governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience delivering technology solutions in regulated financial services environments will be highly advantageous.
