We are looking for a proactive, organised, and dependable Event Executive to join our growing team.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from preparation to completion

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal production teams

• Prepare project timelines, quotations, checklists, and event documentation

• Coordinate logistics, manpower, transportation, setup, and dismantling

• Monitor project budgets, deadlines, and deliverables

• Supervise on-site operations and resolve issues efficiently

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
