- Relevant experience in HR support, administration, or related functions.
- Experience in payroll processing is an added advantage.
- Good organisational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with employees across different departments.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for daily work-related communication and internal coordination.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
岗位职责
- Handle day-to-day administrative matters and general office support.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation and processing, including salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB where applicable.
- Support HR administrative activities, including attendance, leave, and employee updates.
- Coordinate routine HR and administrative matters across departments.
- Follow up on HR and administrative matters in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate record keeping.
- Handle employee information with strict confidentiality.
- Liaise with the Finance team and external service providers when required.
- Provide general HR, payroll, and administrative support to Management.
- Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
