Requirements
- Competent and registered with DOSH with Green Book
- Willing to travel
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in OSH Management or Environmental Science, Engineering (Industrial), Engineer (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent with certification endorsed by JKKP/DOSH.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, computer literate and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to interact well with all levels and committed to work.
Responsibilities
- Plan, guide review and coordinate implementation of OSH management system in compliance with regulatory, corporate and standard equipment, including internal Audit Management review, workplace inspection, monitoring of corrective and preventive actions and maintenance of certification.
- To update any new regulations announced by Ministry of Labour and Human Resources and other authorities related to safety and health that are complying with the Company’s Safety & Health Management System.
- Monitoring and report on safety and health performance including hazard and risk management, reporting and investigation in incidents/accidents, dangerous accurance, occupational diease, safety audits and inspections.
- Facilitate and coordinate workplace safety and health committee meeting for organizing and implementation of safety activities to create occupational, safety and health awareness.
- Organize, prepare, conduct and participate in training programs related to safety and health emergency response team.
