Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team in daily operations activities.
Ensure operations schedules and output targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to support operations requirements.
Monitor daily operations performance and address operational issues to minimize downtime.
Support quality initiatives by ensuring products & services meet customer and company requirements.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
Train, coach, and develop operations team members to improve performance and skills.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
