* Proven 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery / IT Operations / Delivery Management

* Strong background in IT technology fundamentals (infrastructure, applications, systems, or cloud environments)

* Experience in service delivery, program delivery, or project management

* Good understanding of financial services / banking domain (preferred)

* Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills (essential)

* Ability to handle a hybrid role covering Business Analysis, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder Coordination

* Manage end-to-end IT service delivery ensuring quality, timelines, and SLA adherence

* Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and stakeholders

* Monitor service performance, track issues, and drive continuous improvements

* Support program/project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives

* Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders

* Handle incident, problem, and change coordination where required

* Drive operational efficiency and service excellence
