Possess a valid driving license & GDL driving licence depending on the vehicle assigned.

Experience as a lorry driver, delivery driver, van driver, pet taxi driver, or similar role is preferred.

Experience handling dogs and cats is highly preferred.

Comfortable working around animals and able to remain calm when handling nervous, excited, or difficult pets.

Good knowledge of roads and locations around Klang Valley is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to assist with lifting cages, pet supplies, and other items.

Responsible, punctual, careful, and trustworthy.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work independently and follow assigned schedules.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, or outside normal hours when required

Safely transport dogs, cats, and other pets between designated locations, including customers' homes, Petico outlets, warehouses, veterinary clinics, grooming centres, boarding facilities, and other locations.

Drive company vehicles responsibly and follow all road safety regulations.

Ensure pets are properly secured in carriers, crates, cages, or designated areas during transportation.

Handle pets calmly and carefully to minimise stress, injury, or escape during loading and unloading.

Assist with loading and unloading pets, pet supplies, food, cages, equipment, and other goods.

Ensure all pets and goods are delivered to the correct destination according to the assigned schedule.

Communicate professionally with customers when collecting or delivering pets.

Check that pets are safely handed over to the authorised recipient.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle, particularly areas used for pet transportation.

Perform basic vehicle checks and report any vehicle issues, damage, or maintenance requirements.

Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, mileage, and other required documentation.

Assist the Operations team with other logistics and transportation duties when required.
