The Role You'll be the operational backbone of the service function, managing everything from scheduling to client communication and documentation.
- Manage and track service requests, repair schedules, and planned maintenance activities
- Dispatch field engineers for on-site and remote technical support
- Act as the primary contact for clients on all service and support matters
- Work closely with vendors and the supply chain team to procure parts and resources
- Maintain accurate digital records, service reports, and CMMS entries
- Support invoicing, contract renewals, and ongoing service administration
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Experience in service coordination or customer support, preferably within healthcare or medical devices
- Confident with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills with a solutions-focused mindset
- Knowledge of SAP or ServiceMax would be an advantage
- Basic familiarity with medical devices or healthcare equipment is a plus
