IT Manager – Job Scope

* Manage the hotel’s IT systems, networks and daily IT operations.

* Ensure hotel software, internet, Wi-Fi and computers run smoothly.

* Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for all departments.

* Maintain data security, system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

* Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, upgrades and system maintenance.

* Manage IT equipment, licences, inventory and budget.

* Train staff on proper system usage and IT security.

* Report IT issues and improvement plans to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
