EBC Financial Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Client Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 6,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
• Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
• Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally, maintain and retain customers.
• Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
• Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices.
• Provide guidance to junior member and support the team leader whenever required.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM certificate.
• Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in Client Support (Financial industry would be a distinct advantage).
• Passionate about delivering quality support with a positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required).
• Fluent in English & Mandarin including written and verbal communication skills, additional language would be a plus.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
