Requirements
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in relevant subject (Physics/Science, Economics/Accounting, Performing Arts)
.Teaching qualification/certification is preferred.
· Master's degree in education or related field is an advantage
Experience
· Minimum 1 or 2 years and up to 5 years teaching experience in a school or educational institution following the Cambridge International Curriculum ((IGCSE/IB) preferred
Teaching and Learning Skills:
1. Knowledge of subject area and experience teaching Cambridge International Curriculum subjects
2. Effective classroom management and student engagement practices
3. Ability to assess, monitor, and support student progress
4. Skilled in differentiated and student-centred learning approaches.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools.
6. Excellent communication skills and the emotional intelligence to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and parents alike.
7. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms.
8. Passion for fostering scientific inquiry, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency:
Excellent proficiency in the English language is a must. Proficiency in other languages would be welcomed.
