You will supervise the crew on the ground through the turnaround window, manage permits and work fronts with the client’s operations team, control the quality of completed work before handover, and stop work when conditions are not safe.

  • Plan, schedule and organize site manpower, equipment and materials
  • Prepare work programs and method statements
  • Apply for and manage site work permits
  • Maintain daily site diaries and prepare works progress reports and other relevant documentation
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Attend relevant meetings and disseminate information to all parties involved
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Department on material requirements and delivery schedules.
  • ssist the Project Manager in preparing handover documents on completion of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in refinery or industrial shutdown projects
  • Willing to work long hours when required.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent team player with good communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

If you meet these qualifications and are looking for a challenging opportunity in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply.
