Responsibilities
Interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and regulations.
Monitor and inspect M&E installation works, ensuring quality, safety, and proper execution.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and site constraints.
Ensure all M&E works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure proper functionality.
Identify and resolve site coordination issues, technical discrepancies, and clashes between M&E services and other construction works.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, inspection records, technical documents, and as-built drawings.
