Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing post-processing technologies for micro-optics devices (dicing, cleaning, die bonding, inspection) and establishing process parameters.
- Learn to operate precision dicing saws (e.g., DISCO) and die-bonding equipment and participate in continuous improvement of key process steps.
- Support R&D in the dicing and die-bonding stages of new products and new processes and assist in production-line rollout.
- Maintain product technical documentation and assist in developing/testing optical characterization methods.
- Adhere to the quality system, including drafting and implementing process documents such as ECN, SOP, FMEA, and SPC.
- Report work progress periodically in writing and complete other assignments from supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Target Majors); Master's or graduates from key universities preferred.
- Solid theoretical foundation in optics, materials, or mechanics; familiarity with precision dicing saws (e.g., DISCO), lasers, or optical devices preferred (internship, thesis, or project experience is a plus).
- Strong data-analysis and logical-reasoning skills; proficiency in basic statistical tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, JMP) preferred; basic understanding of quality tools such as SPC and DOE.
- Strong learning ability and hands-on skills, with genuine interest in process development and optical fabrication, and willingness to work on the production line for rotation training.
- Meticulous, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English reading/writing skills to interpret technical documents and equipment manuals; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to adapt to production-line work pace, stress-resistant, with a strong commitment to long-term development.
