What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyze client financial goals, risk tolerance, and personal preferences to provide customized financial solutions
Utilize a consultative approach to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and delivering timely, effective solutions
Enhance overall customer experience and drive long-term client retention
What We’re Looking For:
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management or client-facing roles, preferably in financial services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and collaboration
Ambitious, success-driven, highly ethical, and capable of working independently
Willingness to embrace challenges and grow within a dynamic environment
You could move on your career either as Business Development Manager or Team Manager, depending on your own interests. With a proven track record of developing top-tier financial professionals in the industry, we provide the platform, support, and resources you need to achieve your career milestones.
