Job Summary
You will apply expertise in algae or phytoplankton identification and biological image annotation to support AI recognition systems and assist customers with technical issues, collaborating across teams to ensure accurate data and effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify algae or phytoplankton species accurately using biological image annotation techniques to support product development
Review and verify freshwater and marine phytoplankton identification results with high attention to detail to ensure data quality
Prepare and check labelled datasets for AI recognition systems to enhance system accuracy and performance
Explain technical information clearly to customers and provide practical assistance to resolve product-related issues
Analyze and solve problems related to biological data and customer inquiries to improve product support
Work independently to manage tasks and collaborate effectively with technical and customer-facing teams to achieve project goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience preparing or checking labelled datasets for AI recognition systems
Relevant education or training in biology, ecology, environmental science, aquaculture, or related disciplines
