Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline within the interior design and fit-out market.
Conduct cold calling, networking, site visits, and face-to-face client meetings.
Understand client needs, project scopes, budgets, and timelines to coordinate proposals and quotations with internal teams.
Handle deal negotiations, close sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Track activities via CRM/sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year
of sales/BD experience, preferably in interior design, fit-out, construction, or renovation.
Strong
hunter
mindset with the capability to independently generate leads and handle cold outreach.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and proficient in MS Office.
Basic understanding of interior fit-out works and project workflows is an advantage.
