Requirements:-

* Diploma, Advanced Diploma, vocational qualification, or equivalent in Machining, Engineering or a related technical field

* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in CNC programming, CNC machining, manufacturing, or machine operations

* Proficiency in CAD/CAM programs and shop math (algebra and trigonometry)

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, GD&T, and dimensional tolerances

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

* High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to machining accuracy and product quality

Job Scope:-

1. Develop, create, and modify CNC programs for milling machines, lathes, routers, and other CNC machining equipment according to production requirements

2. Read, interpret, and analyse engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and tolerances

3. Select suitable cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and fixtures based on material type, workpiece geometry, and machining requirements

4. Determine appropriate cutting speeds, feed rates, spindle speeds, depth of cut, and other machining parameters

5. Ensure the correct tooling and machining methods are applied to achieve the required product specifications

6. Perform trial runs and first-piece machining inspections to verify program accuracy and machining feasibility

7. Identify and rectify programming errors, toolpath issues, and potential machine interference before mass production

8. Troubleshoot CNC programming, tooling, and machining issues during production

9. Resolve machining defects, dimensional inaccuracies, tool wear, and other production-related problems
