We are looking for a responsible and motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing interior renovation team!

If you have experience in renovation works, enjoy coordinating site activities, and take pride in delivering quality projects, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor renovation progress and workmanship.
• Coordinate daily site activities with interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Inspect completed works, identify defects, and coordinate necessary rectifications.
• Ensure site works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate site measurements, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Maintain site progress updates, reports, and supporting photographs.
• Identify potential site issues early and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in interior renovation, construction, or site project coordination.
• Prior experience in project coordination or site supervision is required, preferably within the interior renovation industry.
• Good understanding of renovation works, site operations, and project workflows.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly preferred, as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Able to coordinate with interior designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of managing site matters independently.
• Willing to travel between different renovation project sites across Singapore.
• Comfortable working in active renovation and construction environments.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000 + Project-Based Commission
• 5-Day Work Week (Monday – Friday)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• 14 Days Medical Leave
• Additional Allowances (Subject to Discussion)
