Our client is an established international technology company with operations across multiple markets in Asia.


About the Role


They are looking for an HRBP Manager to partner closely with Technology leadership across SEA markets, providing strategic HR support across a geographically distributed workforce.


Responsibilities


  • Act as a strategic HR partner to Technology leaders, aligning people strategies with business and growth objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent management and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, investigations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with local HR teams, EOR providers and external advisors to ensure compliance with employment regulations across multiple Asian markets.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, mobility and offboarding.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on technology hiring strategies, workforce trends and talent market insights.
  • Drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture across regional teams.
  • Coach managers and senior leaders on people management, leadership development and HR best practices.
  • Support regional HR projects including change management, compensation reviews, policy harmonization and HR process optimization.
  • Partner with Finance and business leadership on headcount planning, workforce budgets and HR analytics.


Qualifications


  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP capacity.


Required Skills


  • Strong experience supporting technology, gaming, fintech or other fast-paced digital businesses.
  • Proven regional HRBP experience across multiple Asian countries.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment practices and HR compliance across different jurisdictions.
  • Experience supporting remote/distributed teams and EOR/contractor populations is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in expatriate management and cross-border mobility requirements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into practical people strategies.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel for business requirements.
