KI Engineering Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

K.I. Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in quantity surveying, tendering, cost control, payment certification, variation management, and other commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are looking to develop their career in the construction and quantity surveying field.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform quantity take-off from drawings, specifications, and other project documents.

Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).

Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare quotation comparison and tender evaluation reports.

Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, and cost variations.

Assist in preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), Variation Orders(VO), and Final Accounts.

Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other relevant parties on commercial matters.

Assist in cost control and ensure proper commercial documentation throughout the project.

Prepare cost reports, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

Perform other quantity surveying and commercial duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

1–2 years of relevant working experience will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of construction processes, quantity surveying, and costmanagement.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented, organised, responsible, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently as well as effectively in a team.

Willing to work in a project/construction environment.
