Support the Contracts Manager in handling contract administration for construction projects.
Handle subcontractor matters including quotations, negotiations, claims and final accounts.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, QS, subcontractors and suppliers on contract-related matters.
Maintain proper records for contracts, variations, claims and correspondence.
Provide contract and commercial support to the project team.
Job Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
The final appointment and seniority level will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and overall suitability.
Able to work independently and manage deliverables within tight deadlines.
