Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop food service accounts throughout Johor.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand market coverage.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and understand business needs.
• Present and promote company products, new launches, and promotional programs.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product delivery.
• Resolve customer issues and provide prompt after-sales support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.
• Ensure accurate collection of payments and maintain healthy accounts receivable.
• Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer events as required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
