Responsibilities

The position reports to IT Operations Manager, supporting to ensure the smooth running of day to day IT operations, serve as the main point of contact for customers, address operational issues and concern in a timely manner, maintain data hygiene and responsible for submitting various reports.

MAIN KEY AREAS:

IT OPERATIONS

• Ensure the smooth performance of IT and business technologies.
• Improve productivity and profitability
• Operate the overall IT environment, quality assurance, and system and network infrastructure

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent and / or
• Work related diploma holders with minimum 5 years’ experience.

Trainings

• Specialized training or professional certifications in IT, MS Applications, Customer Service.

Skills

• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Attributes

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
• Customer-oriented and patient
• Team oriented with ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders especially with customers of diverse background.

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on help desk, operational and technical experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.
