About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for providing technical support for Heraeus assembly materials across APAC, including solder wire, solder paste (for Die Attach, SMT, and SiP modules), and sinter paste products. Delivers technical training, manages customer technical issues, and leads customer-specific projects and solutions. Collaborates with Product Marketing and R&D on the specification, characterization, and launch of new products. Supports customer complaint resolution through 8D reporting and provides end-to-end technical and application support from pre-sales to post-sales activities. Works closely with Sales Account Managers to drive new business opportunities and customer development while supporting sample builds and application services in the HMSL Lab to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Mandarin (required) to support customer and business interactions.

Required Skills

• Strong skill sets in operating all SMT machine, Lab equipment, Technical Problem Solving, Design of Experiments (DOE), FA & CSAM
