* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

* Experience handling full set of accounts

* Strong cash flow management skills (must-have)

* Experience in trading/export/F&B is a strong advantage

* Detail-oriented, disciplined, and commercially aware

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

* Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)

* Handle invoicing, receipts, and payment processing

* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records

* Ensure proper documentation for all transactions

2. Cash Flow Management

* Monitor daily and weekly cash flow position

* Ensure sufficient working capital for stock purchases

* Manage payment cycles:

• Suppliers (orchards, logistics)

• Customers (China buyers, corporate clients)

* Enforce deposit and payment collection policies

3. Accounts Receivable & Payable Control

* Track outstanding payments and follow up on collections

* Manage supplier payment schedules strategically

* Reduce bad debts and overdue accounts

4. Costing & Profitability Analysis

* Track cost per batch (durian cost, logistics, packaging, wastage)

* Analyse profit margins across:

• Export (B2B)

• Corporate events

• Mooncake booths

* Highlight areas of cost leakage

5. Financial Reporting & Insights

* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports:

• Profit & Loss

• Cash Flow

• Balance Sheet

* Provide insights on:

• Revenue performance

• Margin trends

• Cost efficiency

6. Deal Structuring & Financial Risk Control

* Work closely with Directors to:

• Review pricing and margins

• Structure payment terms (deposit, milestone, etc.)

* Assess financial risk of new clients and deals

* Recommend safeguards (e.g. partial prepayment, credit limits)

7. Budgeting & Forecasting

* Prepare financial forecasts based on sales pipeline

* Monitor actual vs budget performance

* Support planning for peak seasons (durian + mooncake)

8. Compliance & Tax

* Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax and statutory requirements

* Handle SST (if applicable), filings, and audits

* Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers

9. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

* Implement approval workflows for payments and expenses

* Strengthen financial SOPs to prevent leakages

* Improve efficiency in invoicing, collections, and reporting
