JOB PURPOSE

To support the Team Lead in achieving clearance sales targets by effectively assisting in team leadership, maximising customer conversion, ensuring stock availability and maintaining smooth operational execution throughout the clearance event.

ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Team Lead in monitoring daily and hourly sales performance and take immediate action on identified sales gaps
• Assist in leading, briefing and motivating the sales team to ensure alignment with sales targets, promotions and daily priorities.
• Assist in allocating manpower and workstations according to customer traffic, sales priorities and operational requirements.
• Support the team in engaging customers, promoting products and maximizing sales conversion opportunities.
• Monitor sales floor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the storage team to minimize stock outs.
• Assist in stock sorting, stock movement, stock taking and reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy throughout the event.
• Ensure VMD, pricing, POSM and promotional mechanics are properly executed and maintained according to the approved requirements.
• Support the Team Lead in resolving day to day operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams when escalation or additional support is required.
• Willing to travel

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
